This plane is very heavy and quite large, which makes survival difficult. It has a 37 mm gun and an additional 20 mm gun at the front, but this firepower isn’t impressive. I’m not a fan of 37 mm guns - their damage is decent, but they’re tricky to use. In theory, they’re good for taking down bombers, but in practice even 20 mm guns do the job. Nowadays, bombers are relatively fragile, and at this BR you don’t see many anyway, so using this plane just doesn’t make much sense. The Ki-45 Hei/Tei also has two "Schräge Musik" 20 mm guns. They can attack targets above you, but in my opinion using these cannons requires too much attention, so I don’t even bother. For me, they’re completely useless.
