Here we have another solid and inexpensive tripod head from Manfrotto that suits any beginners who are interested in video or still shot photography. It has 3 movements, pan, tilt, landscape and portrait while it can accepts up to 11 lb of equipment. It has 360 degrees pan movement at the base and 250 degrees tilt action. The quick release tray allows angles between landscape and portrait right angle adjustment. The only serious negative is that the quicker release lever sticks out and could be accidentally caught and release the quick release plate which could become a very expensive accident. Other than that it's cheap and solid. If you would be mindful of the locking lever that sticks out it could be recommendable. Enjoy.
