Wayne's Smoke Shack in Superior, Colorado has the goods! If you’re in the Boulder area, Superior isn’t too far away for a little curbside bbq pickup and Wayne deals it hot! When I visited, the mountains were cascading throughout the background (if you looked past the target store!) They had a line out the door as soon as they opened and it never stopped. I was able to get a taste of nearly all of their delicious food. My personal favorites were the smoked turkey, the bbq rib kolache, and their tasty ribs! Everything I tried had that real, Texas BBQ flavor but was also full of customized Wayne Flavor (copyrights pending on that term 😉).
