Interview transcript: The Radisson Blu resort based in Arguineguin, on the southwest part of Gran Canaria. This is the place that has been awarded the best climate in the world due to its more or less constant temperature during the whole year. And also because of more than 330 sunny days every year. The hotel has 189 rooms. Everybody is facing the sea. This is the best located hotel in Gran Canaria. Due to its very, very close connection to two very nice beaches, it's only one minute walk from the hotel, it's right outside. You have a huge garden in front of the hotel. We have a big short water pool and a big fresh water pool, and we have enough sun bed, so it's never crowded inside this large garden. Also outside of every room, rather big terraces. It's also possible to lay in your own private sunbed on your terrace, which is a huge positive thing. In approximately 50% of the 189 rooms, it has a jacuzzi on the terrace. This is also very, very popular. Approximately 50% of the rooms are suites. So we have everything from double room of 32 square meters until three-bedroom suite that is more or less 250 square meters. The clients that is coming is high-end clients looking for perfect location in the perfect hotel. We have, of course, the breakfast and dinner restaurant, which is a buffet. Then we also have a very nice pool bar. On the top, in the 11th floor with an amazing view of the sea, we have the Two Two Two Southwest, a very famous a la carte restaurant. We have paddle court, possibilities for children and adults to enjoy. All of the rooms are, as I said, facing the sea, and everybody is in the correct direction.
