A great character to use, Akira Yuki is fun to play. I'm gonna be honest, outside of the Genesis port of the 2nd game in the series, I've never played any installments of the Virtua Fighter series, but despite this, I loved how Akira controls. He's a rush down that's focus on using multi-hitting attacks and strings to bring his moves together. It feels good when you do this with his attacks and he can make the opponent's health bar melt in seconds. There are a few issues with him, such as how sluggish he moves at times and how his up-close fighting style can make fights against zoners a bit ofg a challenge. I forgive all of that for how satisfying his moves feel. He uses the same mechanics as most POTS-styled characters, so he has the hyper combo bar charge and a dodge roll.
