Copper tape and make for great secure trace patches on PCBs. And sometimes may be a better option than wire. Copper tape is one of those things I always forget I have and I feel like it could be a solution to a lot more repair problems. I'd be curious to hear about any uses anyone else has for it. It worked perfectly for this repair where I feel a wire would have been problematic with the limited amount of room inside the keyboard.
