About Prof Dr. Shahzad Javed One of the pioneers of arthroscopic surgery in the Punjab. Knee and now shoulder Arthoscopy is being performed. He has a special interest in ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) reconstruction and Ilizarov bone reconstruction and deformity surgery. He is a versatile spine surgeon as well as joint replacement surgeon. He is the research and fellowship officer in AO Spine Pakistan Chapter. Very actively involved in Orthopaedic training of residents and is a supervisor of FCPS (Orth) in the College of Physicians and surgeons of Pakistan. He has over two decades of varied Orthopaedic experience behind him. Our Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeons have done more than 7 thousand knee replacement surgeries so far in Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital.
