There are chefs who love cooking and then there are chefs that are obsessed and Jeremy Chan is absolutely the latter. His craftsmanship, care, and thoughtfulness with all of his produce and ingredients is unparalleled and you can 100% tell that he truly cares to learn about the foods he's preparing in a deeper way than most. And the end result? It's a 2 Michelin star tasting menu that absolutely deserves 3 stars. It's one of the world's best restaurants for good reason and I personally love the fact that he's not afraid to throw spice at you and punch you in the face with flavor as well. We're super lucky to get a (little) behind the scenes look at what he does ❤️ 📍 Ikoyi in London
