The Swiss Army Knife of modern day twin fins is how Matt Parker describes this board. It's rather fitting and an excellent description. I found this board to work really well in all conditions that I had the chance to surf. Although it's not the best at performance or the best at groveling, it definitely does all things well and therefore could likely be one of the best single board quiver options out there. Although I don't agree with this mindset of a single board quiver, if you really think about it, what would suit you best in a survival situation, a Swiss Army Knife or a dagger or a bowie knife. You probably want and will need something that can do more than just cut. This board can do it all. I was very impressed with it and can't wait to get it out more.
