Happy Holidays Friends!!! I pray you are having a restful holiday season. I am here again with another vlog. However, I have not been as successful as I intended to be during the start of Vlogmas. Life has been hectic, and I need to slow down and enjoy the moment. This Vlogmas episode is a compilation of different things from this beautiful month of December. We went to our city's Christmas Parade. I share a healthy waffle recipe from scratch; the ingredients are listed below. Also, in this vlog, I show you how I meal prep my fav Jerk chicken.
