Watch the full video to master the art of setting curd at home effortlessly! 🥛🍶 for 1 Liter Ingredients (सामग्री) : For Making Thick Curd (गाढ़ा दही बनाने के लिए) 1 Liter Full Fat Milk / Cream Milk (फुल फैट दूध / क्रीम वाला दूध) 2 tbsp Milk Powder (मिल्क पाउडर) 1 tbsp Fresh Curd (ताजा दही) 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder (अरारोट पाउडर) for 2 Liter Ingredients (सामग्री) : For Making Thick Curd (गाढ़ा दही बनाने के लिए) 2 Liter Full Fat Milk / Cream Milk (फुल फैट दूध / क्रीम वाला दूध) 4 tbsp Milk Powder (मिल्क पाउडर) 2 tbsp Fresh Curd (ताजा दही) 2 tbsp Arrowroot Powder (अरारोट पाउडर) Method : Step 1: Prepare the Clay Pot Wash the clay pot thoroughly with water and let it dry. Step 2: Heat the Milk In a pan, heat water slightly, then add full-fat milk and bring it to a boil. Continue boiling until the milk reduces by 200ml. Step 3: Prepare the Thickening Mixture In a small bowl, take some cold milk and mix in milk powder & arrowroot powder. Add this mixture to the boiled milk, stirring continuously. Step 4: Cool & Set the Curd Let the milk cool down until it's warm enough to touch. Rub a little curd inside the clay pot to help fermentation. In a separate bowl, mix a little boiled milk with some starter curd (jaman/mevan). Pour this mixture into the clay pot, mix gently, and cover it airtight.
