HOW TO ANIMATE WACKKO GETTING ANGRY

IN THIS EPISODE: Here is more animation development I did for the Animaniacs new series back when they sold the show and were gearing up. How dod the characters move? What do their faces look like in different attitudes, like when they are angry or sad or happy. How do they walk? Long strides? How do they run? All of these questions and more must be answered before the show is sent to the animators and storyboard artists. There is a lot of drawing to do before the show gets started. Since we had finished work on Tiny Tunes, we had to get started fleshing out the new characters of the Animaniacs. In this scene, Wackko gets angry for some unknown reason, kicks his hat, and falls to the floor and has a temper tantrum, like a 5 year old child. I think my friend Barry Caldwell who was one of the directors on Tiny Tunes, suggested this scene for me. After conferring with him about it, I set about making some quick sketches, and then animating the scene. Take a look to see what I did, and keep drawing!
