Hi subscribers and visitors! Next time, I'm going to have to plan to record this somewhere other than my apartment building... I felt bad belting out the ending after I started! I'll have to rerecord it sometime and with better audio as I do love this song and have worked so hard on it! But I have to at least post something by tonight for the 2023 Sight and Sound Theatre Season submission deadline! I saved it until my birthday to submit because that was the deadline date... which was a mistake on my part because then I didn't leave myself time for things to go wrong - like finding a different venue! Honestly, the song was not good, and I didn't really connect in the monologue. Next time, I need to take more time to prepare. It's difficult to set aside time for this because of trying to manage so many chronic illnesses right now. But there is hope for healing as I found out in 2023! This was submitted in 2022 for their 2023 year when I still didn't know what all was going on with me.
