Virgin Atlantic Airway's last service to Tokyo Narita *Special*

After 25 years of serving Japan, Virgin Atlantic Airways operated VS900/901 for the very last time on the 1st of February 2015. This is due to the unprofitability of the route, as well as a new business strategy following a 49% stake being bought up by Delta Airlines in the US. Operating the last flight is the AIrbus A340-300, G-VSUN. To commemorate the last flight, many people from the general public, including non AvGeeks visited Narita Airport to watch the final departure. Many Virgin executives were also present for the occasion. NOTE I do apologise for the very high exposure, I was struggling to adjust the settings. I will ensure that the next time I go the exposure is dramatically reduced!
