Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching through The Book of Proverbs in this sermon from Proverbs 3:21-26 entitled, “The Blessings of the Righteous.” The purpose of Proverbs 3:21-26 is to call the reader to pay careful attention to his life, that he should walk in wisdom (keeping the Law of God) and discretion (walking in God’s good order of life). This is the kind of covenant obedience that is blessed with the permanence of God’s favor and the assurance of His salvation. By our own works, we could not fulfill these requirements, but by faith in Christ, because of His perfect obedience and payment for our sins by His death, we can now have these blessings. The following is a sermon from Proverbs 3:21-26, and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
