Best night of our lives. We took a tour to chase the northern lights in tromso and it was one of the best experiences we had. The night started out slow but it got better as it got late. We were nervous about having a full moon but noticed that the full moon wasn't really an issue because the aurora activity was pretty good for this night so we were able to see the lights immediately with the naked eye. Definitely recommend taking a tour because driving conditions can be really difficult and the drivers are very experienced, also charing this experience with other people is more fun that driving around by yourself and waiting in the cold for the lights to show up. Guides are very experienced, they know the area well and are really good at finding spots with the perfect conditions to see the auroras. . . . .
