Welcome Wheel of Time fans! Join Tori & Dr. S, who have never read the books, as they share their Reaction Video for the Season 1 Finale (entitled "The Eye of the World”) of Amazon Prime’s highly anticipated adaption of Robert Jordon’s bestselling epic fantasy series, The Wheel of Time! In addition to showing their reactions to key moments from Episode 8, they also share additional thoughts, reflections, and questions about the scenes they reacted to a day earlier. We hope you enjoyed our reaction video! Let us know your thoughts on both Episode 8 and our discussion of the clips we featured - but please, NO SPOILERS!! Were other non-book readers also surprised and in awe of the reveal that 3,000 years ago when the last lived was a time of such technological advance, and what we would consider the future? Did you also find Lan and Nynaeve's scene super romantic, and do you think Lan is destined to become Nynaeve's warder? Did you also think Moraine was possibly dead for a moment? Could either Tori or Dr. S be a darkfriend? Did you also think it was cute when Rand tried to tell Moiraine what to do? Do you also wish we had seen more of Lord Agelmar and Lady Amalisa? Do you agree that the scenes with Rand wrestling with what his life could be versus his destiny are some of the very best? How amazing has Rosamund Pike's acting been both though the series and notably here in the scene when she had her ability to touch the power taken away? Do you think Moiraine is stilled or shielded? Non-book readers, did you think at all that Rand might choose the life with Egwene that he has always dreamed of? And what do you think, was that the actress who plays Egwene (Madeleine Madden) standing perfectly still during those scenes? Was Rand (and Moiraine) ultimately tricked into channeling and breaking that unbreakable seal at the Eye of the World? Do you think Loial could really be dead? Other non-book readers, did you also not notice on first viewing that Padan Fain was using the dagger that Matt had taken? Another questions for non-book readers: like Dr. S and Tori, did you assume the little girl must be important and someone we would be seeing more of during that final scene? So, readers and non-book readers alike, what are your thoughts on the Finale and Season 1 as a whole? Are there others who loved it and are as excited about the series as Tori and Dr. S are? Please share your thoughts and reactions to Tori & Dr. S's reactions in the comments below? Thank you for watching!!
