Your honor, I just got a couple of questions!! 🗣 ** What is the NATURE and the cause of the actions brought against me??!!! ** You have the 6th amendment right to know the nature and the cause of the action brought against you. This means information about the supposed crime AS WELL AS the jurisdiction they are trying you in. The constitution only allows for the courts to use a couple jurisdictions. Common Law and admiralty jurisdiction are two, I think there is another, if anyone knows drop it in the comments. Statutory jurisdiction is NOT one of them. A lot of these judges will claim it is a statutory jurisdiction. Once you challenge the jurisdiction of the court, they can’t move forward until they address it. These aren’t courts of real law guys. They are BANKS and they just want to access your money. Stand your ground and don’t back down from these crooks. Remember, if there is no victim, there is no crime! Don’t let them try to pressure you into believing otherwise or that the “state” is the victim 🤦🏼‍♂️ Have no fear. And if you do have fear, study more!
