AZ DCS K. Ptak Giving Her Report to AZ Ad Hoc Committee on Family Court

On 8/27/25 DCS had been invited to the AZ Ad Hoc Committee on Family Court...to speak about DCS' role in family court, amongst other things. She never mentioned family court until she was asked a question by Rep. Fink, then just skimmed over it. Sen. Mark Finchim NEVER asked her a question regarding family court. Finchim had hyped up this meeting in several publications citing DCS' appearance. Once DCS dipped out after speaking, Sen. Finchim cut members of the public off when they spoke about DCS, correcting them about the purpose of the committee...even tho' he allowed DCS to talk about DCS and avoid their role in family court. NOTE: Finchim called out guests with a warning when they clapped a bit when Co-Chair Keshel brought up Constitutional Rights. It was OK for guests to clap a bit when he, himself said something. 🤡 Sometimes long standing legislative members become systemic.
