HAM AND SWISS BISCUIT SANDWICHES Ingredients: 8 honey butter flaky layers biscuits 8 slices swiss cheese 8 slices black forest ham 1 tbs honey 1-2 tbs butter (melted) 1 tbs honey mustard Instructions: Place biscuits evenly spaced apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet and peel to top half slightly open. Fill with folded 1/2 of each cheese slice, 1 folded slice of ham, and remaining folded 1/2 cheese slice. Top with upper half of biscuit dough and press to seal. Combine butter, honey mustard, and honey in a small bowl and mix well. Spread a little bit of the butter mixture on tops of each assembled biscuit and bake at 350° for 14-17 minutes until golden.
