The armature which will support the 7' tall Witch King of Angmar costume is complete. This video follows the construction process which includes 3D printed ball and socket joints, PVC heat molding and plastic welding! SemiFlex filament made excellent shoulder joints which can be bonded to the PVC "bones" with a soldering tool and scrap filament.
