Cannabis Benchmarks U.S. Spot Index Report for June 6, 2025 The U.S. Spot Index decreased by 0.1% to $1,034 per pound this week. Indoor grown cannabis flower in California reached its highest price assessment since December 2024 this week, gaining 12.3% per pound. A rise in prepackaged indoor flower product prices, along with an increase in the total volume of transactions, drove the grow type category price assessment increase. The upper level of prices for indoor grown flower in Colorado continues to climb as more prepackaged products are being purchased by recreational dispensaries. This week the Colorado Indoor Cannabis Spot Index increased by 3.7% per pound reaching its highest price assessment since May of last year. The Vermont Cannabis Spot Index climbed to its highest mark since the beginning of March, gaining 13.1% per pound this week. Prices increased across all grow types, with both greenhouse and outdoor grown flower prices rising by over 16%, driven by rising prices for bulk flower products.
