Switching different amari into classic cocktails is a really easy way to start playing around with flavours and make sure you don’t get bored of your favourite drinks! Averna is actually fairly sweet, with juicy citrus notes and so substitutes really nicely in for the vermouth in a classic Manhattan to create a close to perfect night cap!
