Royaltee-free music by https://www.musicfox.com/ Runtime on a 5000mAh 2S LiPo about 90 minutes Modifications: Tires: Added weight about 70g per wheel Suspension rods: Lower links made of brass adding about 60g Servomount: Made form aluminum, kit mounting bracket did not fit Strut bars: Adding stability Tail lights: Added option for LED tail lights Screws: most screws replaced with stailness steel screws Servo: 25kg ESC: ISDT ESC70 Motor: 55T brushed, came with the kit Battery posts: Added some posts to lock shorty LiPo in place Pros of the kit: Great looking body with lots of scale details Good assembly instructions Quality of plastic chassis parts seems to be nice: No stripped threads, nothing broke Best car for forest I have ever had Drives pretty good without big modifications Kit tires are very fine for trailing Cons: Servo mounting brackets did not fit for standard servo Mirrors broke off after about 10 minutes of driving in the forest Kit tail lights not prepared for LED installation Chassis partly not rigid enough (Damper mounting) Play in gearbox because of Low / High gear option Planned modifications: Adding more weight to lower the center of gravity Installing LED kit Trying different tires for more grip Softening the suspension (lighter damper oil, softer springs) stronger motor The video is not sponsored in any way
