Pizza Bolognese Easy Recipe The Spice City recipe for a tasty pizza full of cheese. Ingredients: 300ml (10oz)warm water 10g (0.35oz) dry yeast 10g (0.35oz) sugar 500g (1.1lb) flour salt olive oil tomato sauce garlic powder basil oregano balsamic cream vinegar pepper vegetable oil onion garlic carrots ground meat chilli powder parsley dill tomato paste mozzarella Recipe: To make the dough: mix the 10g dry yeast with 300ml warm water and 1 tbsp sugar and let it activate for about 5 minutes. In a large bowl mix the 500g of flour with a tsp of salt, pour the yeast mixture into the flour and 4 tbsp of olive oil and knead to form the dough for about 10 minutes. Let the dough raise for about an hour. When the dough has doubled its size, take a piece of it, form a ball then spead it on your working table, keeping the round shape as much as you can. Mix tomato sauce with balsamic cream, garlic powder, dried basil and oregano, salt and pepper. To make the bolognese topping: in a pan with a little bit of vegetable oil saute the chopped onion with the garlic and the grated carrot. Add salt, pepper, chilli powder, dried oregano, basil, parsley and dill. Add the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes. At the end add tomato sauce, tomato paste and a little bit o water and simmer for about 2 hours. Pour the sauce on the round shaped dough and spread it all over, add grated mozzarella and top with the bolognese. Bake the pizza for 7 minutes at 220ºC (428ºF). Good appetite!
