Clean the repair area to shear away any rust or debris from the pipe. 2. Thoroughly mix Belzona 1212 following Belzona Instructions for Use for the correct mixing ratio. Make sure the mixed material achieves a homogenous color. 3. With a short-bristled brush, apply a copious amount of the mixed material onto the back of the bi-pass plate. 4. Apply a generous amount of the mixed material onto the prepared area of the pipe. 5. Position the bi-pass to align it with the leak and press down. 6.
