I put my hair in sections using alligator hair clips, finger detangle, create bantu knots, allow my hair to set, and then comb it. Bantu knots allow me to stretch my hair so that I can easily comb it while it's damp. I prefer using a rake comb, but any wife toothed comb should be fine. This helps reduce shedding that may be caused by combing soaking wet hair or bone dry hair. Always be careful around the hairline to avoid accidentally pulling the hair out and causing baldness on the lace cap. Fewer strands are knotted there, so breakage happens easily. Also, this is transparent (Swiss melt) lace. This lace easily frays and can get damaged due to the weight of the fabric. Be as gentle with your lace front wig as you are with your natural hair, and everything should turn out fine.
