What started as a small leak turned into multiple contractor opinions, confusing diagnoses, unnecessary charges — and ultimately a false insurance claim that I never asked for. That experience changed everything. Instead of accepting the way things were, I made a decision: To build a different kind of plumbing company in Raleigh.
