Very Easy & Delicious Carrot | Gajer Ka Halwa At Home By Zahra Ansari Carrot halwa is a popular Indian dessert made with grated carrots, milk, sugar, and ghee. It is a rich and creamy dessert with a beautiful orange color and a delicious flavor. It is often served warm or at room temperature. [Image of Carrot halwa] Here is a very easy and delicious recipe for carrot halwa: *Ingredients:* 500 grams carrots, grated 1 liter milk 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup ghee 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) *Instructions:* 1. In a large saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat. [Image of Ghee heated in a saucepan] 2. Add the grated carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the carrots are soft. You can also use condensed milk instead of regular milk. If you don't have cardamom powder, you can use ground cinnamon or nutmeg instead.
