This patient requested surgical correction of her aging eyes and brow appearance. She also wanted to have a more defined eyelid crease. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift. The upper eyelid procedure also included creation of the so called "asian double eyelid" surgery. The decision was made to perform partial open pretrichial brow lift. Meticulous technique will assure that the final scars will be nearly imperceptible. The patient underwent the surgery under local anesthesia with mild sedation. She was quite comfortable through out the procedure. Her aesthetic results reveal pleasing and symmetrical anatomy. She is thrilled with her youthful appearance.
