In this video you can see how the SICA Strapping Machine A 10-63 fully automates the bundling process of plastic pipes. This machine is designed to efficiently collect, stack and securely bundle pipes before they are transported or packaged. Two pipes move simultaneously through the line towards the machine. Once they reach the correct position, a sensor detects their presence. A mechanical flap then tilts downward at an angle, allowing the pipes to be stacked on top of each other in a controlled manner. This process ensures that the pipes are neatly aligned and formed into a PP1 bundle (Pipe Package type 1). At the end of the cycle, the machine automatically applies a polyester strapping band around the bundle. This strap firmly secures the pipes together, allowing them to be safely transported, stored or further processed.
