Welcome to our 100 block journey making Alice's Wonderland Sample Quilt. Block 45 Sewing Guide. I've made this video for my mum so she can sew along at her house while I fumble my way through at mine. Block 45 brings with it a new technique, Flying Geese! Like all new techniques in this project, they are not without their questions as to the instructions. After a pause, some googling and some facebooking to research how to trim down these pieces, I think we got it right, the block turned out lovely and I'm looking forward to using this technique for the next few blocks. Bring on Block 46, as we get closer and close to our 50% completion of this project.
