🌿 Homemade Palak Saag Recipe | Simple & Delicious Pakistani Style 🌿 Today I’m sharing a traditional homemade Palak Saag recipe that is easy, healthy, and full of desi flavors. This recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner and tastes amazing with roti or naan 😍 🥬 Ingredients: Spinach (Palak) & Mustard Greens (Saag) 🥬 Garlic (1 whole bulb, peeled) 🧄 Tomatoes (chopped) 🍅 Green Chilies 🌶️ Red Chili Powder 🔴 Turmeric Powder 🟡 Salt (to taste) 🧂 Cooking Oil (as required) 🛢️ 👩🍳 Cooking Method: 1️⃣ First, boil the spinach and mustard greens for about 20 minutes until they are soft 🥬 2️⃣ Transfer them to a perforated or strainer-style pan and squeeze out all excess water 3️⃣ Lightly grind the greens — not too smooth, keep a traditional texture 4️⃣ In a separate pan, heat oil and prepare the tarka (tempering) 🔥 5️⃣ Add garlic to hot oil and fry until it turns golden red 🧄 6️⃣ Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt 🌶️🍅 7️⃣ Fry (bhunai) the masala for 5–10 minutes until oil starts separating 8️⃣ Add the prepared saag to the pan and mix well 9️⃣ Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes until oil comes on top ✨ 👉 Your delicious Palak Saag is ready to serve! 😋 🍽️ Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with makki ki roti or chapati, butter, and fresh salad 🫓🧈 👍 If you liked this recipe: Don’t forget to LIKE 👍 | SHARE 🔁 | SUBSCRIBE 🔔 for more tasty food vlogs!
