Primitive Live Rodent Trap

This primitive trap was inspired by a photo I saw of a native American pigeon cage. I simply added a trigger mechanism to close the trap door when an animal enters and takes the bait. This design of a cage can be used to keep or transport small live animals. It can also be used to store food and hang it safely from a tree branch.
