We’re excited to be underway on a Design and Build CAT B refurbishment of a three-storey office building. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellence and is due for completion in Summer 2026. 🏢 Delivered under a full D+B contract, the scope includes: • Comprehensive M+E installation – Daikin VRF systems, electrical services, LED feature lighting and fire alarm system • High-spec plumbing installations aligned with BREEAM Excellence compliance • Full bespoke joinery package – kitchens, tea points, AV walls, lobby feature walls and door sets throughout • New ceilings and partitioning, including feature ceiling elements • Ceramic wall and floor tiling, including feature wall detailing • New raised access flooring throughout • Carpet and vinyl feature floor finishes • Complete decoration package, including feature wallpaper installations • Integrated AV + security systems, incorporating car park ANPR and facial recognition access control It’s been a strong start on site, and we’re looking forward to delivering a high-quality, sustainable workspace over the coming months.
