Owner Sieglinde Scharnagl opened up Lebensfreuden aka “Joys of Life,” which was named after the life motto of her son, Ludwig, who also works there. Ludwig was born with down syndrome, but that doesn’t stop him from being extremely cheerful and friendly to everyone around him. Sieglinde wanted to create an opportunity for Ludwig to have a “normal” challenging job that could provide him with life skills, help him grow, and of course, give him a chance to make friends along the way.
