Theth to Valbona Pass Hike: The BEST Hike in Albania?! 🇦🇱

One of my main reason I came to Theth is to complete one of the most beautiful hikes in the Albanian Alps - the Theth to Valbona Pass hike. While most people hike from the village of Theth to Valbona, I stopped at the scenic pass to enjoy the views and come back the same day. The hike is roughly 8 miles with 4,000 feet (1,200m) of elevation. The hike starts in the village of Theth before quickly rising through switchbacks and into a lush forest. Throughout the hike you'll have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, meadows and walk through small settlements along the route. Reaching the Valbona Pass is no easy feat but the views here are magical! You can see down into Valbona village on one side and Theth on the other side of the pass. Breathtaking is an undestatement!
