Step by step guide for removing a 3d print from the Bison 1000 printer and steps for cleaning the printed object to prepare for sintering of ceramic materials. Materials needed: Rag Print Removal Tool Flush Cutters Sanding Block/Paper Brush (Old toothbrush) Ultrasonic Cleaner with Tethon 3D Print Wash Steps: To remove the build plate, unscrew the top knob until the build plate is loose enough to slide out Gently use the print removal tool to get under all edges until the print comes loose. Use the flush cutters to cut the base of the supports to remove the prints from the raft. Next, drop the prints into an ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes. For best results, use Tethon 3D Print Wash. Once finished, remove the prints to clean. Use the sanding block and brush to clean the prints until the desired outcome is achieved. Use the flush cutters to cut down the supports flush to the surface. This will make sanding easier. Your prints are all cleaned and prepped for the sintering phase.
