Full Title: Coordinate-based quantification of multidimensional and multicolor single-molecule localization microscopy data Florian Levet, Interdisciplinary Institute for Neuroscience & Bordeaux Imaging Center I2K 2022 | Workshops #5 (pre-sessions) | May 10th Over the last decade, single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) has revolutionized cell biology, making it possible to monitor molecular organization and dynamics with spatial resolution of a few nanometers. This workshop will focus on various state of the art methods that use localization coordinates for quantification, with both theoretical and practical aspects being presented. We will discuss the pros and the cons of the presented methods by summarizing their capabilities with respect to a few categories, by using the software PoCA (Point Cloud Analyst). This newly released platform allows interactive manipulation and quantification of millions of localizations, both in 2D and 3D.
