The Insane Mode is actually the Hardest Difficulty Of This game is actually based on Nightmare Difficulty However on The Nightmare Difficulty it has Checkpoints and 2 batteries , but this Insane Mode Doesn't Have Checkpoints and you cannot save the game with any chapters. So if you die, you will have to start from the very beginning. You can only carry two batteries for your camera, and also your batteries can be really drain faster when you are using the night vision. Boss enemies like Chris Walker, Richard Trager, Billy Hope, and the Twins Will Kill you in one, and normal enemies like the inmates will kill you in two hits so be careful and good luck this Insane Mode. Before you attempt this difficulty, you should have a very good understanding of how each area is structured, where exactly you need to go and where you can pick up some spare batteries along the way. The good thing is that you can quickly run through the entire game and the strategies from this video can be replicated on all difficulties. Enemies and objects always spawn at the same place.
