If you disconnect the RGB cable from the Genesis while playing this, you lose the entire image when using a Frameister/Retrotink. I tried a few different connections and finally was able to keep the image using one of those cheap HDMI adapters. The vertical hold was off but it appeared the 32X was handling nearly all of the graphics, otherwise. 8. This was also known as Blackhawk in some regions.
