The Ventil PreVenTest system is a robust, but ingenious build system for testing all types and sizes of spring operated Pressure Safety Valves 'In-Situ', in process and under the normal operating conditions. The portable system enables you to proof the correct working and performance or identify PSV's in need of repair/maintenance without plant shut-down. The Ventil 'In-Situ' PreVenTest system is standard equipped with industrial laptop and is available in two versions; the fully automatic PreVenTest Advance (optionally available in intrinsically safe / ATEX certified version) and the ultra light, battery driven and hand-controlled PreVenTest LTC. Both the Advance and LTC are suitable for the same extended range up to 20 kN and completed with Computer registration. The Ventil PreVenTest software is an easy operated user-friendly software package that will recognize the set pressure of the valve and will create a detailed test certificate after the test.
