Any time a new 13 Reasons Why season premieres, for better or worse, it takes the internet by storm. After the reviews and hot takes have settled down, people definitely had their praises and complaints about season 3. While they appreciated killing off series villain Bryce, many loathed his bizarre, attempted redemption arc. However, there was one thing that people might have hated more: the new girl, Ani Achola. A sudden stranger shoved into the infamous “Tape Fam” that fans had grown so attached to, this smart, perceptive young woman caused a lot more problems than she solved. People could not stop finding her the most annoying thing to pop up on the screen. Grace Saif did her best to play the unlikable character, but the character itself was hatable at best and the writers did her no favors. By the end, so many people were sick of her and really hope that she disappears by the time the fourth and final season debuts.
