Xiaomi Yi soft rubber case (5,99 USD): http://bit.ly/1CpPG59 There are 5 different underwater cases available: http://elproducente.com/post/11778687... ⬇︎more info:⬇︎ more about the Xiaomi Yi camera on by blog: http://www.elProducente.com and on Facebook: / elproducente I recently got my rubber case for the Xiaomi Yi camera. That’s the first of the accessories I ordered. Here’s a short review. (It comes in a plastic pack, so not really an unpacking :) ) I ordered the black version, at it is not only for protection, I can also use it to cover the bright camera, e.g. on stage, so that the cam is not easy to spot. The case fits superb on the camera’s body. There a several holes: for microphone, speaker & the 1/4″ screw. All three buttons - power button, trigger & wifi button - are elevated and work fine when the case is put on the camera. The backside of the camera is not covered, so you have access to USB-Port, HDMI and microSD card. But you have to pull it aside to access the battery. The power LED, indicating the battery status on the camera, is not visible through the black cover. There are three status LEDs. The one on the top and on the bottom are covered and can’t be seen through the black case. The one on the backside is not covered, so you can check camera mode and recording there. The wifi LED is brighter than the status LED and is a little visible, but hard to spot. You can also pull the side of the case to check the status. The rubber skin is thinner where the LEDs are placed, so you might see them when ordering another color. As the camera is covered I don’t know yet about heat generation during operation. As I collect experience when using it over a longer period, I’ll give you an update here.
