Read the details of my experience with Chiappa at matebafan.com in the "Criticisms" section of the Rhino page. Overall, while I'm mostly pleased with the final product (if the SA trigger was better, I'd be happier), it still took 6 weeks to get back to me and there were several communication issues on their end. The trigger kit makes a world of difference to the gun's DA pull, though. It's a lot lighter and just more pleasant all around.
