This weekend, I'm up in Milwaukee, WI, for Ponyville Ciderfest. While on my way up here, ‪@TommyBNSF‬ alerted me to the fact that Kenosha County was testing this weekend, after I sent him some pictures of this P-50 after stumbling across it while shooting trains on the CPKC C&M Subdivision a few days ago. This was the first P-50 I'd ever seen in person, and I very much hadn't heard one sounding before, so this morning, I got on up (after catching a few musicians at the concert the night before) and made my way down to this siren to get it recorded. Thankfully, just after 10:30 AM, the siren fired right-up and did the standard short alert test Kenosha County does. Definitely glad I took the effort to film this siren regardless! Also probably the first siren test I've recorded outside of Alabama in years. You can also hear another P-50 nearby finishing-up its test after this siren begins to wind-down.
