Please find this product at http://absupply.net. This video is to bring you a closer look at the ASI 0165 115VAC Hand Dryer. Weighs about 9lbs. Metal cover on it. Very petite, you can see in relation to my hand it is not a very large hand dryer. It won't take up much room on the wall. The unit itself has two screws at the bottom and includes with it an alan wrench to remove them. When you loosen them you will be able to remove the cover. It might look complicated, but the truth is that it is very simple to work on. There is a warranty card that comes with this unit, definitely send that in. You will also be getting a set of instructions and a giant template. The template is fantastic in terms of placing it on the wall and locating the holes that you need, along with your electrical feed holes. A lot of the information that is on the backside of the template is already in the instructions. The mounting heights are very important, especially the reference to handicap for ADA compliance. You'll want to make sure that the power is pulled to the right height as well. There are technical specifications that you can review. Drying time is less than 28 seconds, it is an automatic no-touch sort of unit, infrared circuit, ect. Now, the most common question people ask is how do you wire this. That is addressed in the instructions. The black or brown (I see it as black) live wire is going to get connected to your L-1, that is going to go into your terminal block. The wire will go into the terminal block and you're going to tighten it down, but don't over tighten it. Your second wire (live wire), the red, will connect to the N/L-2 terminal. Your ground wire is going to go in the next one. Make sure you keep the instructions on hand, and there is a link to this item below this video. We sell a lot of the 0165's and we have not had a problem with them failing. It is always nice that you have replacement parts available to you, because occasionally things do need to be replaced. You'll want to continue to rebuild your hand dryer in order to get the best service out of it. It is a relatively inexpensive hand dryer. There is a trouble shooting guide as well inside the instruction packet (refer there if you need to). ASI is a really good company that stands behind their products. Fasteners are included. Also, if you have two dryers, they should be at least 24 inches apart. The cover simply goes back on.
