A sanctuary for the elderly with no one to care for them, and for those abandoned due to mental health issues, "Senahase Nawathana" is a haven located in the Hapugala area of Galle. Many of these individuals have no family or friends to look after them. Some are completely forgotten, with no one even visiting or checking on them. For them, the greatest joy in life is a warm, delicious meal. To fulfill this simple yet profound need, our father put in a tremendous effort. Today, December 4, marks our father’s birthday. He never wanted extravagant birthday parties; instead, he always suggested using those funds for acts of kindness. In honor of his birthday, he personally served a meal at "Senahase Nawathana," bringing joy to the residents there. We hope this video brings a smile to your face.
