Arrival Honors and Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the First Scout Ranger Regiment, Philippine Army

San Miguel, Bulacan November 25, 2023 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. receives arrival honors at Camp Pablo Tecson as he leads the 73rd Founding Anniversary of the First Scout Ranger Regiment (FSRR) of the Philippine Army (PA), headed by Regiment Commander Brigadier General Isagani Criste, in San Miguel, Bulacan on November 25, 2023. In commemoration of the occasion, the Commander-in-Chief lays a wreath at the Scout Rangers Monument to honor the sacrifices of four (4) fallen soldiers killed during military operations from last December 22 to July 2023. Other highlights of the occasion include the FSRR capability demonstration, showcasing its anti-guerrilla warfare and counter-insurgency operations as part of the PA’s elite forces. Additionally, President Marcos Jr. will lead the conferment ceremony for exemplary Scout Rangers of FSRR.
