Somewhat similar in core concept to modern shows like American Idol or America's Got Talent, Stairway to Stardom was a variety talent show that featured performers showcasing their acts. Hosted and organized by Frank Masi and his wife, the show has obtained a loyal cult following due to the low budget nature and sometimes downright bizarre performances that were featured.
